1. Definitions & Scope
Tructivity is an advanced productivity management and scheduling service. These terms cover your use of the application across all platforms. The service is owned and operated by Abdelhakim Ouafi.
2. Account Security
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

3. Fees & Payments
The service is currently provided for free, but it will transition to a fully paid model in the future. Once payment systems are active, subscriptions will be automatically renewable.
4. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights, including trademarks, algorithms, and UI/UX designs, are the exclusive property of Abdelhakim Ouafi. We grant you a limited license for personal or professional use only.
5. Beta Features
We may release beta features for testing purposes. Your use of these features is at your own risk and helps us improve the final version of the platform.
6. Termination & Data Policy
Data Disclaimer:
Upon account termination, all your data will be permanently deleted. As the app does not currently provide an automated "data export" feature, users are responsible for maintaining their own backups of important information.
7. Governing Law
Currently, Tructivity is not a registered business entity. However, we intend to operate and apply the laws of the United States of America upon the future establishment of a U.S. business entity. Until then, any legal disputes shall be governed by the principles of U.S. law.
