This Privacy Policy explains how Abdelhakim Ouafi (referred to as "we," "us," or "the Owner) collects, uses, and protects the personal information of users of the Tructivity application (referred to as "the App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring transparency regarding our data practices.

We collect the following types of data necessary to operate and provide the App’s services:

Basic Authentication Data We collect the user’s email address and encrypted password for the purpose of creating and managing secure account access via Firebase Authentication.

Scheduling and App Data We collect and store all tasks, events, assignments, and notes that you input into the App. This data is stored in Firebase Firestore and is essential for the App’s core scheduling and organization functions.

Payment and Transaction Information This information (such as the name on the card, purchase date) is collected and processed directly by Stripe Inc., our third-party payment processor. We do not access or store sensitive credit card information on our servers.

3. Sharing of Information with Third Parties

We only share your data with third parties strictly necessary to enable the App’s functionality and services:

Google Firebase (Google LLC) Used for secure cloud storage (Firestore), authentication (Authentication), and backend logic execution (Cloud Functions).

Stripe Inc. Transaction data (excluding sensitive card numbers) is shared to enable payment and billing services.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Data Protection and Security

We implement standard security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. These measures include:

Encryption in Transit: All communications between the App and our servers (Firebase and Stripe) are secured using standard protocols (TLS/SSL).
Server Security: Relying on Google Firebase’s secure and updated infrastructure.

5. User Rights and Data Deletion

You have the full right to control your data, including the right to access, modify, and request its deletion.

Full or Partial Deletion: Users may request the permanent deletion of their entire account, or request the deletion of specific information (such as certain task lists) from their account.

To permanently delete your account and all associated data from Tructivity servers, please submit a formal request using our dedicated form.

What is Deleted? Upon request confirmation, all user-related authentication data (Email, UID) and all scheduling data (tasks, events) stored in Firebase Firestore will be deleted.

Data Retention for Legal Compliance:
We do not retain any data after a deletion request except as strictly required to fulfill our legal and financial obligations. We may retain financial transaction records (for a mandatory period of [7 years]) and operational and security logs (for a short period of up to [90 days]), but we will take steps to ensure these records will not be directly linked back to your deleted personal account or identity.
